What kind of paper are your photos printed on?
My photos are printed on fine art, acid-free, archival matte 230 gsm paper. The paper has a smooth matte finish.
What kind of ink is used to print your photos?
My photos are giclee printed with aqueous pigment ink.
Is a frame included with a print order?
At this time, I do not sell framed photos.
Shipping
How soon can I expect my print(s) to arrive?
They will usually take 1-7 days to arrive after being made, and there is a lead time of 2-3 days. This is just an estimate, so please allow for delays with shipment services, especially during bad weather and holidays.
What service is used to deliver the prints?
The least expensive service available will be used to send the prints. For one or two prints, this will be United States Postal Service, and as the weight of the package increases, it will be FedEx or UPS.
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, I only ship inside the United States.
Returns/Refunds
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, send a message via the Contact page letting me know that you would like to return the print(s). Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Email associated with the order
- Order number
The customer will be responsible for return postage.
Damaged Prints
Replacements are given if the order has arrived damaged. I want you to let me know if this happens! If your order has arrived damaged, please send me a message via the Contact page, and include the following:
- Name
- Email associated with the original order
- Order Number
- If you would like the replacement sent to the same address, or provide a different one
You will receive an auto-reply email. Please respond to this email with a photo of the damaged print. No further payment will be required.
